Did you send my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email (with tracking link) as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If you haven’t received this within the expected timeframe, contact us at hello@eilaequestrian.com.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. If you do not see your country in the drop-down menu, please contact us at hello@eilaequestrian.com
We currently do not ship to US customers due to new regulations, we hope to be able to ship to the United States in the future.
Orders to EU, UK, Canada, and most other countries are shipped via trusted carriers (DHL, UPS, Bring, or local partners).
Please note that international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid).
This means that import duties, customs fees and local taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I track my package?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Use this link to follow your package’s journey in real time.
How is my package delivered?
Delivery times and methods depend on your location and the shipping option chosen at checkout.

Small parcels are usually delivered directly to your mailbox by local postal services.

Larger parcels are delivered to your nearest pick-up point or directly to your door via DHL, UPS or Bring/Posten.
